First he’s dumping his long-time wife of 24 years, now he’s unloading his long-time Malibu house of 25 years … What’s up with actor Tony Danza?
The Brooklyn-born and -accented star of “Taxi” and “Who’s the Boss” just listed his Malibu home at $ 9.1 million. In March, he filed for divorce from his wife, Tracy, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The couple had been living apart since 2006, according to our friends at People.
The property he just brought to market sits on a 50-foot stretch of sand and has three bedrooms and three baths in the main house. The master suite occupies the whole second floor and has a private oceanview deck and a sitting area with a fireplace. The home has an open floor plan with lots of windows framing the ocean view.

The MLS says there are two detached guest suites and we suspect the 3,000 square feet of indoor living space noted is the total of the three separate houses. Listing agent Shelly Yrigoyen of Pritchett-Rapf & Associates, Malibu, did not immediately return our call.
Title to the home is held in the names of Anthony and Tracy Iandanza; Iadanza is the actor’s birth name.
Danza also starred in and produced the ABC comedy series “Hudson Street,” NBC’s “The Tony Danza Show,” and hosted the 2001 “Miss America Pageant,” the 2003 “People’s Choice Awards,” and the 2008 season of “The Contender,” produced by Mark Burnett — who owns a neighboring house up the street.
